MARKET CONNECTOR
Your connection to the energy market is arranged: this application exchanges master data, measurement and billing data with the distribution grid operator and passes on assignments. This is fully automatic.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Manage the relationships and interactions with your (potential) customers. Simply register your contacts and link them to the right projects and agreements.
GRID MANAGEMENT
Map your entire grid installation. Make sure the system knows the relationship between the energy meters to support you in validating the meter data. This module also helps you to identify defect meters and to calculate missing meter data. Meters can be measured or calculated through synthetic load or formula based on other measurements.
BILLING
Easily adapt your billing to the customer's wishes: from a customised advance invoice (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) to a clear final settlement. Group multiple EAN numbers on one invoice? Child’s play. And sending invoices and credit notes? You name it: by post, by e-mail, uploading them...
COST VALIDATION & ACCOUNTANCY
Automatically validate incoming invoices based on the countless data stored by the system. Automatically allocate them to the correct cost item based on adjustable referral criteria.
ENERGY BALANCE
Check whether the turnover and costs in Megawatt hours (MWh) are in balance. Calculation of the provision if that is not the case in order to follow up on a reliable result account every month.
FLEXIBILITY & DEMAND
With this module, you regulate the adjustments to the purchase and/or production pursuant to price opportunities or the markets (intraday among others).
CUSTOMER PORTAL
Web page linked to the Lynx basic system. Here, your customer can consult and manage his information and documents such as invoices.
REPORTING ON CUSTOMERS
Various government agencies impose a number of reports (Regulators, local and national administrations, etc.). In addition, the system also offers you the option of deriving your own statistics from the available company data.
